Clark graduated with honors in accounting receiving his BBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Clark is a member of the Beta Alpha Psi National Accounting Honors Fraternity.

Throughout his career he has led Enterprise Level Programs from assessment through implementation for major corporations in various industries at an international level. Clark has consulted from coast to coast and in five European countries for numerous Fortune 100 companies in various industries to include: Health Care, Banking & Capital Markets, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, and Media & Entertainment.
Examples of Clark’s past clients are: Nike Inc, Delta Airlines, The Coca-Cola Company, Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., State Farm, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and Time Warner Cable Inc. He performed as a Program Leader and Subject Matter Expert for Ernst & Young on consulting engagements for over 600 clients in total. After, he started his own consulting company, Valiant 1 Consulting Group.
Although Clark has a certain investing style, he writes of many divergent investing stratagems. Clark has managed his own portfolio for over 25 years. Clark relies on his instincts and intuition to identify opportunities, then uses fundamental and technical analysis to determine if value exists. His investment strategies take into account the quality of the company's' management, growth prospects, return on equity, price-to-earnings ratios, competitive environment coupled with macroeconomic, geopolitical and company-specific new product or service potential catalysts.
Clark is a 20% disabled veteran who paid his way through college by serving in the U.S. Army's prestigious 10th Mountain Division of FT. Drum, New York.
